National Population Register (NPR) : Violations in Enrollment process - Loosing its Basis.
Dear Sir,
This is regarding the National Population Register (NPR 57 Crore) Project of The Register General of India executed by Consortium of Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU comprised of BEL, ECIL and ITI).
This is regarding the National Population Register (NPR 57 Crore) Project of The Register General of India executed by Consortium of Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU comprised of BEL, ECIL and ITI).
We have been closely monitoring the Project and have found gross violations in every aspect.
Convinced with the truths and the call on consciousness to bring to light such violations, we have been making our best efforts for the last 16months to arrest such, but now feel this needs more hands and hence this attempt to reach out to you through this Document consolidating all the facts.
The concerns are;
1) 100s of Crores of loss to the Nation
2) A strong probability of failure of the project for the 57 Crore population enumeration,
3) Suffering of 40,000+ employees and
4) Associated rework costs, time and effort of the government machinery.
The Questions that remain UNANSWERED – in spite of questioning through RTI,
1) Because they are PSUs, such glaring violations need not be answered?
2) Who is the beneficiary of 100s of Crores of amounts of illegal allocation?
3) Is the CPSU above the law & system to go unchecked for disregarding caution from GOI?
4) Why is the CPSU facilitating goodwill and collusion with the Service Providers?
5) For how long will the work force of India be the slave-machinery?
6) Are the Tender condition violations desired by the CPSU for ulterior appeasements?
7) How are blatant mistakes of estimations being corrected?
8) How are kick-back channels being re-defined?
(elaborated in the document : ‘NPR - Loosing its Basis’ – please visit the links below).
Can SOMETHING be done to stop India from failing and Indians from loosing their identity???
In the best interests of the Project and the Nation.
