Rats eat up 50,000 tonnes of foodgrains?

Thousands of tonnes of foodgrains have gone missing from the government-owned Food Corporation of India's godown. While officials claim missing foodgrains have been consumed by rats, an FIR has been registered against the Manager of the depot and 11 other employees, who are suspected to have sold the foodgrains in the black into the open market.
