SHOCKING: Postman dumps Aadhaar Cards in dustbin, good samaritan watchman delivers them personally

Ghaziabad/ Mumbai: Many residents of Vaishali in Ghaziabad have been running from pillar to post for their Aadhaar cards, thanks to the callous attitude of the postmen in the area.
According to media reports, the postmen in the area have been dumping important documents like Aadhaar cards, appointment letters and bank papers in dust bins.
Report states that the society's RWA has alleged that the postman deputed in the area segregated the items on the society campus before delivering them.
On Monday, the society's security in-charge found undelivered posts in a bin, after which he alerted residents who informed officials at the post office.
A few post office staff visited the society and collected the undelivered posts from the dustbin. They requested the residents not to complain about the postman to senior officials.
Angry over the carelessness of the postmen, the residents said that many of them have been running from pillar to post to get their Aadhar cards or their duplicate copies.
This is not the first incident where postmen have dumped Adhaar Cards.
In Mumbai, two watchmen distributed 200 Aadhaar cards to the residents of the Sea Queen Plaza, sector 4(A), Koparkhairane, after the found a stack of cards lying near the gate of a campus close to a State Bank of India branch office.
When corporator Suresh Saldar confronted the local postman, he confessed his lapse. The postman said that he had kept the cards there to distribute later.
Saldar informed the police, but said that a formal complaint must be made by the postal authorities.
