Subsequently, Supreme Court issued an interim order stating Aadhaar Card is not necessary to obtain the benefits of the government. Meanwhile, several petitions were filed at the Supreme Court against Aadhaar Card. The petitions were heard by the session bench comprising judge B.S.Chauhan and Bobde. While the people were struggling to survive in day to day life they asked what is the need to protect the secrecy and the Aadhaar card plan should not be considered just because to protect the secrecy.
