With the Government linking all benefit schemes to Aadhaar card, every ration card holder and LPG consumer has to submit a copy of his or her Aadhar card to the FP shop dealer and LPG dealer concerned, District Supply Officer K. Nirmalabai informed in a press release issued on behalf of the Collector.
Those not submitting details of Aadhaar card would face difficulties in receiving Government subsidies in future, she advised.
She said free Aadhar registration was arranged at the Mee Seva centres in mandal headquarters for the benefit of rural people.
