THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Participants at the Chief Minister’s mass contact programme need to bring only their Aadhar Cards, the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) announced here on Wednesday.
The CMO clarified that it is not mandatory for the petitioners to produce their UID number or UID-linked bank account number and mobile number to participate in the mass contact programme. If Aadhar Card is not available, any other photo-based identity card will suffice. Complaints can be filed at district headquarters and taluk offices or through the official website of the CM -www.keralacm.gov.in.
The CMO also informed of a change in dates for the mass contact programmes which were originally scheduled to be held in Palakkad and Kottayam districts on May 25 and June 11 respectively. The mass contact programme at Palakkad will now be held on June 11 while the one at Kottayam will be conducted on May 25.
Last date for applying online for the programme at T’Puram, Ernakulam and Kozhikode districts is March 28 while those for Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Thrissur, Kannur and Palakkad districts is April 17. ‘The deadline for application for Pathanamthitta is March 31, Wayanad is April 4, Kollam is April 11, Kasaragod is April 14 and Malappuram is April 16.
