PUNE: The Chatushrungi police on Saturday arrested a grocer for preparing fake Aadhaar cards.

The police had received information that the suspect makes Aadhaar cards using fake and misleading information. A team headed by senior inspector Dayanand Dhome and assistant inspector Sandesh Kenjale raided the shop on Friday and arrested Bhavarlal Sevaram Chowdhari (45), a resident of Ambedkar Vasahat on Saturday.
Chowdhari is a native of Pali in Rajasthan.
